My Future Teaching Spot

When I walk in the room I want the temp to feel just right. The room will be well lighted so everyone can see and have the room feel open. All of the educational posters and bulletin boards will be in bright colors to brighten up the room even more and make the kids want to look at them. Desks and chairs will be in a semicircle so I can see each and every student, and not ever miss out on one. There will always be an icebreaker at the beginning of class to get the kids to act as if they have some energy. I will make sure we do hands on activites and let them go to the board to write answers to questiong I will ask. NO ONE will be left out, EVERYONE has to be included. The kids in the classroom will be able to do projects through multimedia devices like powerpoints. I will allow them to be creative as long as they get the information I want them to have on it, on it. My students will be able to come to me with questions about assignments and I will have a professional email account for them to email me if they need to. This is how my future teaching spot will(HOPEFULLY) be.

  1. I really like those ideas. I actually want to incorporate a lot of the things you suggested especially the colors and interesting posters. I also like how you said you will let your students be as creative as they want as long as they give you the information you request. By the way what grade do you plan on teaching?

  2. I love the fact that you want to include every student in the learning process. Some children are shy and do not like to talk in class because they do not know their classsmates. The icebreaker will allow the students to get to know each other and learn at the same time.
